Your application will be submitted for processing and will be assessed. We will then notify you as soon as we hear back from the lender. If your loan is formally approved, you will receive a legal contract outlining the terms and conditions of your loan, called a letter of offer. When the exchange of contracts is finalised, your loan will be drawn down, paying out the previous owner and any taxes and fees. Loan repayments begin on the chosen repayment date after settlement, according to whether you have selected weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments.
